Hooray for Friday!  This week flew by {seriously, is today really Friday?!?},  and I'm ready for a nice relaxing weekend with my man :)  Hoping that whatever you have planned for the next couple of days is filled with a little R&R, and lotsa love!

And lastly, over on Cookie + Kate {my new favorite vegetarian blog that I recently discovered}, Kate shares this delicious Healthy No Noodle Pad Thai recipe using raw vegetable noodles in place of traditional noodles.  Hoping to make this over the weekend!
