Post Wedding Update

If you are new to my blog, than you may not know that I got married this year!  I can not believe that it has already been six months since Adam & I traveled to Italy for our super intimate destination wedding.  It seems like it was only a few weeks ago that I was so stressed and couldn't even find the time to post on here {whoever said that having a destination weddings isn't stressful is LYING!}.

I've received a few emails from some of you wondering about whether or not I would be posting my wedding pictures on my blog and I wanted to address that issue.

We were so blessed to have such an incredibly talented photographer, Jose Villa, document our wedding.  The Tuscan landscape makes everything appear so dreamy + our images turned out better than I could have imagined.  This is where it gets a little tricky....our images were submitted for major publication and unfortunately we can not share them anywhere online.  I haven't even shared them with my family + friends on my personal Facebook :(  It's so agonizing because they're seriously sooooooo beyond gorgeous and obviously I want to show everyone, but at the same time it would be very rewarding to see the fruits of my labor showcased in a glossy magazine spread.

I'm fine with whatever the outcome is: published / not published, that doesn't matter.  What matters to me is that dream of a day that I shared with my best friend.  A day that I want to relive again, and again, and again.

So that's the deal, and for now we just wait. :)

In the meantime, you can check out our little wedding video teaser below which shows all the details; the dress {Monique Lhuillier "Cherish"}, the suit {custom Tom Ford}, and the villa that we rented {in Val d'Orcia, Italy} xx
