Since I know that not all of you are on Instagram, I like to share a few of my favorite snaps with you guys about once per month and allow you to see pieces of my little life; what I'm up to, what I've been cooking, new purchases that I've scooped up, and what I've been wearing. In addition to sharing those pics with you today, I thought I'd also post a few pics that didn't make the Insta cut. I have so.many.pictures on my phone that never get posted {thousands of my dogs that I share with Adam}, so I thought it would be fun to show you some of those as well!
Here we go.....
^^ 22 weeks pregnant and this belly is poppin'!! Wearing: Isabella Oliver dress {here} // Tai evil eye bracelet {here} // Stila lip gloss {color apricot here} // Dining room table & chairs {because I always get asked, found here}
^^ I've been really into making these acai bowls lately. They're so yummy and beyond easy to whip up! I can post my recipe for you guys if you want, it's reallyyyy simple....
^^ All about that casual comfort! Wearing: Olive green cotton pants {so comfy! found here} // Basic gray tank {here} // ChloƩ Marcie bag {here} // Dolce Vita sandals {old, but similar here & here}
^^ Summa sandal game going strong ;) Valentino sandals {exact ones here}
^^ Taking Lulu for a walk around Key West wearing: Billabong dress {non maternity here} // Rag & Bone denim vest {old, similar here} // Panama hat {found here} // Gold leather flip flops {here, similar budget friendly version here}
^^ Because what kind of blogger would I be if I didn't snap a pic of peonies?! ;)
^^ The best part of my weekly Pilates sessions is the smoothie bar outside of my gym. I hit it up after every session! On my nails: Sally Hansen Insta Dry polish {color Sonic Boom} // Sofia Al Asfoor Shield Bag {info here}
^^ Everyday essentials. Wearing: Striped tee {I LIVE in these lately! here} // Leggings {my fave non maternity that still work found here} // Distressed denim button down {here} // Vince slip ons {here, similar budget friendly version available here}
^^ Pretty pretty palms in Key West.
^^ I've never really been a flip flop type of gal until my feet started swelling recently. I'll definitely get decent mileage out of these Chanel beauties this summer. #TreatYoSelf
^^ Staying hydrated with fresh coconut water - someone warned me that it might have an, ahem, laxative effect on me, but at this point I would welcome that with open arms {another glorious pregnancy symptom!}. Wearing: Gap tank {on sale for around $10 here} // TopShop maternity denim shorts {available here} // Black leather flip flops {here} // Gucci purse {exact one here} // Purple shades {here, color gray mirror purple}
^^ We had decided on our little girls name before we even knew what we were having - Isla. I've just loved that name for the longest time {middle name is still tbd}. Other names that we loved included Mila & Sienna! Personalized bunny rocker {here}
^^ Date night with the hubs wearing: Monrow maternity dress {here, non maternity version found here} // Gold tie up sandals {here} // Chanel purse
.....and a few pics that didn't make the cut.
A snap from our anniversary dinner at my favorite romantic restaurant in Miami Beach, Casa Tua.
When I found out that we were having a girl, my friend Jaqx {@fitbohemianblonde} sent me the cuuuutest little moccs. I've made some amazing friends through the blogging world :) Moccs are from Sweet n Swag.
Thank you so much to everyone who made great suggestions on strollers. This girl is now the proud owner of a 2015 UppaBaby Vista {in black + carbon}. I ultimately decided on the UppaBaby rather than the Bugaboo based off of it's extended sun shade {a must for living in FL}, the huuuuge basket underneath, the ease of collapsibility without taking any components out, and also the option to turn this into a double stroller down the road.
Shopping for photo props for one of my recent recipes at Crate & Barrel and I fell in love with this tablescape. Would be perfect for dining al fresco.
Beach scenery at our hotel in Key West.
Brunchin' at the St. Regis in Bal Harbour.
A glimpse into what rainy season in So. Florida really looks like. Sometimes our pool will overflow in a matter of a few hours!
What I woke up to yesterday morning! Our air conditioning broke over the weekend, so we stayed at the Acqualina {82 degrees at night + preggo was just not happening}. I forgot how much of a luxury it is to wake up to the sound of the ocean - kinda makes me miss condo life.
Have a great week everyone! Thanks for reading! xx
