This Week In Pics

Its Monday, and normally I post my 'This Week In Pics' on Fridays but I'm stressed, I'm exhausted, and I'm getting married in 6 days!  I will admit that the stress has gotten to me.  I thought that having a destination wedding would be stress free......not the case!  We leave for Italy in 2 short days and my To Do list is a mile long.  I hope you enjoy my delayed This Week In Pics post!

Healthy meal: "Eggplant Stacks" Baked eggplant topped with tomato slices, mozzarella cheese and finished w/ pasta sauce.  Adams is on top of gluten free noodles, mine is on a bed of arugula.
